We had the pleasure of dining at Terrace on Peachtree at The Ellis Hotel last night and for breakfast this morning…it was truly delicious!  The new Executive Chef, Thomas McKeown, is outstanding chef and has a terrific accent as he was born and raised in Ireland.  Continuing to choose local and sustainable ingredients, Terrace, presents a seasonal menu embracing the heirloom recipes. (The team is really looking forward to all of the opportunities with Chef Thomas and Terrace.)

Had a great Friday with Michel Nischan for the live segment of FOX-5 Good Day Atlanta.  We got to the studio bright and early to cook-up some Terrace Shrimp & Grits while chatting about the farm-to-table approach of Terrace at The Ellis Hotel and the efforts with Wholesome Wave and Georgia Organics.  The 8-minute segment was AWESOME!

Can’t wait for the official grand opening of Terrace next week at The Ellis Hotel!  The new bar and restaurant are phenomenal….and with Michel Nischan behind the concept and design, the restaurant is a must-experience in Atlanta!
