Just learned from More magazine, that $3 billion is the amount of cash women-owned businesses contribute to the national economy. In fact, if America’s women-owned businesses were their own country, it would have a bigger GDP than France, Italy or the U.K. (plus Canada, India and Vietnam combined.)

There seems to be a growing trend among the resort spas to offer shorter less expensive services. For example, half-hour facials, 25-minute massages or even menus of 25-minute treatments. A few resort spas including these shorter experiences include The Hashani Spa at JW Marriott Starr Pass in Tucson, The Anara Spa at the Grand Hyatt Kauai and even Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa.
