It could be this rainy weather…but we are totally thinking spa today.  Vanity Fair online has a great review of ultimate spas in 2009.  (For your next relaxation spa getaway…)  Check it out…helps beat the Friday rainy weather blues.  :)

We try not to focus on food too much…but couldn’t resist this month’s Bon Appetit article Vegetable Soups for the Soul.  There are some great recipes for delicious soups made from scratch.  Doesn’t this sound yummy on a cool day!  Enjoy!

One of our most favorite state magazines, is Florida Trend.  What a great publication and online resource.  We are particularly encouraged by the write-up on Eric Barron, Florida State University’s new president. We believe that  great things are in store for the university.  Check it out when you have a moment…

Enjoyed reading Conde Nast Traveler’s Hotel Savvy section discussing hotel brand names and how they differ overseas.  Key differences were Best Western and Radisson branded hotels.  Both brands in Europe are privately owned 3-5 star properties.  Who would have known?  Conde Nast Traveler’s website is one of the best resources for this type of pre-trip research.  Have a great Tuesday!
